Usually you reach out to your account manager and ask them for a full backup or export. In some situations, you may already have permissions to download a full export yourself. Reach out to us, and we can help you with that.
I already use DocuSign. How can I use Afterword instead?

Yes, Afterword uses the same underlying technology as DocuSign, so you can continue to collect eSignatures. You can also update your branding or other templates.
How do we schedule the videographers? How do we pay them?

We can help you schedule your videographers and and we include their payment in our fee.
Do you have references I can speak to?

Yes, we have references from funeral homes just like yours. Reach out to us, and we can put you in touch with them.
Do you work with any of my competitors?
